Our range of Professional Driver Training Courses are designed to:

Delegates develop PRACTICAL SKILLS and knowledge in the use of 4 Wheel Drive (and 2 wheel drive cars) for business and commercial use in ON ROAD / OFF ROAD and ALL WEATHER situations'.

Courses meet Health & Safety At Work and Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) legal requirements for all employers to provide CERTIFICATED TRAINING for all employees using vehicles - including 4x4s, ATVs and other Motor Vehicles - for business and commercial purposes.

Over the coming days and months many businesses will suffer as a result of key staff being unable to make it in to work due to snow, ice and floods. From Shops to Hospitals, from Manufacturing to Distribution – weather proofing your staff is an important element in CONTINGENCY PLANNING. Many of our customers have now “Weather Proofed” their business.

By training key persons who are able to ferry essential members of staff to and from work using 4x4 vehicles, you can eliminate many of the costly problems resulting in staff not being available.
Staff CAN BE trained to use “Hire Vehicles”, Company Vehicles and their own 4x4’s.
The course is also beneficail to all drivers of 2 wheel Drive Vehicles who will learn anti-skid control techniques.
Motor Safari offer a specialist Snow, Ice and All Weather Driving Course to ensure the safety of staff operating 4x4 vehicles in severe weather.
This also ensures staff and vehicles avoid becoming stuck and meets Health & Safety and PUWER Statutory requirements, with drivers being “Certificated” on completion.
The half day course caters for groups of THREE drivers at a time, with a facility to train up to 12 delegates simultaneously.

Courses are delivered to:

Level 1: Introductory 4x4 and Experienced Certificated Levels.

Level 2: Intermediate and Comprehensive Certificated Level.

Level 3: Advanced Certificated Levels.

There are option to add modules such as Winch and Recovery, Off Road Trailer Handling etc at each level.

 Each course is tailored to meet your precise requirements and can cater for staff and vehicle availability.

We cater for individual 1:1 tuition and groups of 100+ per day. We provide suitable training vehicles, or customers may prefer to supply their own.

Courses are delivered to: Introductory 4x4, Experienced Certificated, Comprehensive Certificated and Advanced Certificated Levels; with the option to add modules such as Winch and Recovery, Off Road Trailer Handling etc.
